VA VECTOR

VECTOR is the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) enterprise-wide strategic sourcing vehicle for professional support services. VECTOR (Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness) has a contract length of 10 years. MAINSAIL is a prime contract holder in Service Group 1 of VECTOR, positioned to deliver Management and Improvement support across the VA enterprise. These services include:

Program and Project Management, Strategic Planning, Performance Measurement, Business Process Reengineering, Change Management, Quality Measurement, and Data Governance

Navy Seaport-e

SeaPort-e is the Navy's platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements among 2400+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.

Air Force EPASS HB

Supports the U.S. Air Force (USAF) Program Executive Office Digital (PEO HB) contract in support of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC). Under EPASS HB,  MAINSAIL provides Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) to support organizational activities, decision-making, management, program and financial management, engineering, and cybersecurity activities for lifecycle acquisitions.

DIA E-SITE

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Enhanced Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) contract provides worldwide coverage of IT requirements and technical support services supporting the Government through system design, development, fielding, and sustainment of global intelligence and Command and Control (C2) assets vital to the security of the United States. E-SITE, a multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle, supports both classified and unclassified programs on multiple networks and security domains.
